Policies & Mission
Office Hours

Mission
Our mission is to serve our patients with excellent, efficient and personalized orthodontic care, to support our community and schools, and to act as positive examples by modeling Christian principles.
Appointments
We realize that in our busy society there may be conflicts with appointments that you schedule. However, we would appreciate your cooperation in letting us know at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make a scheduled appointment. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and can be used by someone else should you not use it. After one “Freebie”, you may be charged an additional fee.. We appreciate your cooperation!
One of our highest priorities is to provide on-time service. We will do everything possible to keep you from having to wait for us. Please make sure you are on time for your appointments. Running late will put us off schedule and is not fair to the patients who are on time. If you do see that you will be running late for your appointment, please be courteous and call our office to let us know. We may make necessary adjustments to our schedule. If you are running extremely late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time.
Financial
At Fesler Orthodontics, we strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs:
- Payment in full (receive up to 5% discount)
- Auto-debit in-office payment plan (interest free)
- Third party financing available through Orthodontic Fee Plan
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard for the down payment. In addition, we give discounts for payment in full at the start of treatment and for multiple family members in treatment. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Insurance
Our office accepts most insurance plans and we are a preferred provider for several. Orthodontic and dental insurance can be very confusing. We recommend allowing our knowledgeable staff to verify your benefits before your first visit.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Because insurance policies vary, we will estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion will be paid according to the payment option you select.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
